The Board of Commissioners will consider petitions for new degree programs in January and June. Deadlines for submission are April 1 and November 1. Please refer to the Handbook of Accreditation, Section 6, pages 9–10, for complete instructions on writing petitions for new degrees.

The Petition for New Degree Program  MUST be used in submitting your petition.

• Please fill in all twelve fields in order as numbered.
• By clicking the Submit button on the form, your email software will open with Sue Beckerdite addressed in the "To" field and with the petition attached. Please remember to attach items requested in 10.a.1., 10.e., and 11.
• Please notify Sue Beckerdite if you have not received acknowledgement of receipt of petition within one week of submission.
• Please mail two hard copies of the petition plus one hard copy of any appendices to
