Petitions or notifications to the Board of Commissioners must be received by:

• April 1 for consideration in the Board's spring meeting
• November 1 for consideration in the Board's winter meeting.

The submission of petitions must be accompanied by a letter from either the chief executive officer or chief academic officer.
