We are in the process of review of our MDiv program, focusing on the pastoral component. I have seen a high degree of variance on the Internet of documents related to the Field Ed component. I have not seen in any of the ATS documents written guidelines about requirements for a "Field Ed Handbook", or any other aspect. So, I'm wondering if such requirements exist and where I could find them. If none exist, then what - in general - are the expectations (beyond what is articulated in the program standards, A.3.1.4. Thanks!
