Mary McMillan joined the ATS staff in 1992 as a data entry secretary. After holding various administrative support positions, she now serves as meeting coordinator for ATS. In this capacity, McMillan negotiates hotel contracts for all ATS meetings, acts as liaison between hotels and ATS, and supports the work of the DIAP committee and conference. She holds the designation of a certified meeting planner.

Prior to coming to ATS, McMillan worked in administrative support positions for both Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and Synod of the Trinity, Presbyterian Church, USA.

In her spare time, McMillan serves in her church’s music department, where she plays the organ and piano and directs the choir and holiday cantatas. She has two adult daughters and five grandchildren.
