Frances Pacienza joined the ATS staff in 1996 as an administrative assistant, supporting the ATS regranting programs. She now works with the senior director of ATS programs and services.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Pacienza worked as a staff chemist at Calgon Corporation prior to coming to ATS.
