This event is designed for those who have served in theological schools for a significant time but who, having attained tenure, are now in the position to reshape their vocations as theological educators and take on more significant leadership roles within their schools.
By registration; This conference provides a collegial network for support and information sharing for recruitment officers, admissions directors, financial aid officers, registrars, deans of students, housing staff, and career services staff. Practical how-to workshops, complemented by broader presentations common to those who work with students, will be the focus. The preconference workshops will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. The conference will start at 3 p.m. on Wednesday and end at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
By invitation; Members of the 18 peer groups will gather together to develop, implement, and assess innovative models and practices. Participants will refresh their understanding of the project and the purposes and goals of the peer groups within the project, work in individual groups and plan next steps in the work, and interact with other groups to explore areas of possible collaboration.
