Character and Assessment of Learning for Religious Vocation
In 2006, the Association completed this four-year program that addressed the
ability of theological schools to understand the character
of learning that religious vocation requires and the schools'ability to develop
the resources and skills needed to assess the attainment
of such learning. Program elements included five research
studies and school-based efforts that developed patterns, models,
and resources for use by other ATS member institutions. The project, funded by Lilly Endowment, generated helpful assessment resources.
