PoM Bibliographical Resources

In its thirty-year history, the Profiles of Ministry instrument (formerly Readiness for Ministry) has helped thousands of students preparing for ministry discern the practices and perceptions they would likely bring to that work. Over that same time, PoM has also informed and inspired a significant body of research and reflection, enhancing our understanding of ministry and its practitioners.
