By registration; This conference provides a collegial network for support and information sharing for recruitment officers, admissions directors, financial aid officers, registrars, deans of students, housing staff, and career services staff. Practical how-to workshops, complemented by broader presentations common to those who work with students, will be the focus. The preconference workshops will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. The conference will start at 3 p.m. on Wednesday and end at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.

By invitation; Members of the 18 peer groups will gather together to develop, implement, and assess innovative models and practices. Participants will refresh their understanding of the project and the purposes and goals of the peer groups within the project, work in individual groups and plan next steps in the work, and interact with other groups to explore areas of possible collaboration.

By invitation; The focus of this concluding meeting will be the experience and results of the schools’ efforts during the year. School teams will be divided into groups according to the issues they addressed, and teams will report the results and experiences of their work to the other teams in their groups. Consultants will be present during the group reporting sessions and will present conclusions and reflections based on the group presentations. While the meeting will also include some presentations about governance, it will focus primarily on the learning of the school teams and how that learning advances the Association's understanding of governance. The findings and learning about governance structures and practices will be the basis for a future issue of the ATS journal, Theological Education.

By invitation; Offered by the staff of the ATS Commission on Accrediting, this workshop is for ATS member schools with evaluation visits scheduled in the fall 2019 semester. It provides contexts and opportunities for participants to engage with one another and with the staff to obtain experience and tools for constructing appropriate, adequate, and effective institutional self-studies in preparation for comprehensive and initial evaluation visits. Registration is free of charge, but schools will be responsible for payment of travel and housing expenses for their representatives.
