This free webinar is designed for those who coordinate and/or conduct interviews for the Profiles of Ministry Program.  The webinar will provide important guidelines on how to conduct the interviews themselves including asking and clarifying questions, creating the appropriate atmosphere, and suggestions for getting a clear recording.

Funded by a major grant from Lilly Endowment, Inc., the Educational Models Project will assess current and developing practices among ATS member schools, identify their most promising aspects, assist member schools in implementing new and innovative models, and integrate promising models into the work of the Association and Commission. Sixteen peer groups have been formed to study a variety of educational models and practices. Each group will analyze aspects of the model or practice, use consultants to evaluate educational effectiveness and financial impact, and prepare a report to share insights and results with the broader Association of schools.

The 34th annual conference will offer workshops on topics related to annual giving, planned gifts, personnel management, internal and external collaboration, and communications, with opportunities for professional development and peer interaction in a distinctly theological context. This year's theme is Stewardship, Generosity, and Communication for New Educational Models. The workshops are organized in a way that there is an offering from each of these three theme areas during each session. Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) International points may be earned for conference and preconference attendance.

Practical how-to workshops, complemented by broader presentations common to those who work with students, will be the focus. This year's theme is Creating Holistic and Seamless Learning Environments in Student Affairs.
