Overview

By invitation only, the culminating conference of the Women in Leadership (WIL) Community of Accompaniment Pilot Program will take place in Toronto this March 2026. This event celebrates women who are stepping fully into transformational leadership in theological education and ministry. Over the course of the program, participants have strengthened self-awareness, intercultural competence, and communication skills; built deep, supportive networks across diverse contexts; and developed practical strategies for leadership, governance, and collaboration.

Together, we will reflect on what we have accomplished, identify how our leadership is taking shape, and engage the ongoing challenges women face in the church and the academy. Through dynamic presentations, listening sessions, theological reflection, and shared community, we will celebrate our collective achievements—and imagine what is still possible as a growing sisterhood of leaders.
