Overview
By registration; The realities of the global church are reshaping theological education in significant ways. Faculty and administrators across schools connected with ATS are exploring how global awareness and engagement influence curriculum, partnerships, student formation, and institutional life. This 90-minute interactive gathering will bring together colleagues from ATS member schools, as well as ATS global partners who are interested in the ongoing work of the ATS Global Awareness and Engagement initiative.
Formatted as an open discussion, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, identify emerging challenges and opportunities, and help surface themes that may shape future conversations within the initiative. The conversation, moderated by ATS Director of Global Awareness and Engagement Lester Edwin J. Ruiz, will include one round of breakout rooms for participants to discuss a predesignated question.
This webinar is part of the Globalizing Conversations: Mission, Formation, Partnerships series of the ATS Global Awareness and Engagement Initiative. The series explores the intersections of theological education, intercultural formation, and global partnerships. It provides a platform for students, faculty, administrators, and ministry leaders from ATS member schools and its global partners to discuss issues in these areas.
