By registration; In a recent ATS study on leadership, the greatest cause of work-related stress for CFOs was "finding a sustainable business model" for their schools. The greatest causes of work-related stress for CEOs were "solving enrollment challenges" and "finding a sustainable business model." Clearly, many see the enrollment and business models for theological education as broken. Join your fellow ATS financial officers for plenaries, hands-on workshops, and plenty of intentional conversation space to wrestle with, challenge, and solve for sustainability in both enrollment and economics (Mission & Money). If you are an ATS financial officer, you really need to be part of this significant work. #ATSCFOS2022

A networking reception and dinner will be held in the evening.
Solving for Sustainability
(breakfast on your own)
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Participants will work together in plenary and in small groups to "solve for sustainability." Attendees will imagine, design, and iterate an equation that can be used within their schools to help others understand and discuss more deeply the challenges and opportunities of enrollment and economics (Mission & Money). The facilitator will be Chris Meinzer, ATS senior director and COO, who has been working with ATS leaders for nearly 25 years to consider the interrelationship between mission and money. He thinks it is time for financial officers to lead the industry forward in findings some ways to solve the ever-present challenges of enrollment and economics–and do it together!
