Donna K. Alexander is president and CEO of Advoxum Global Strategies, a global consulting firm. She has more than 30 years of experience with global, national, and regional organizations in executive leadership. Throughout her career, she has advised institutions on leadership selection and transitions, board development, governance, restructuring, strategic planning, collaboration among competing stakeholders, trust-building, performance improvement, and business innovations. Alexander helps leaders navigate institutional challenges and achieve the mission at nonprofit and for-profit institutions in the educational, religious, commercial business, and government sectors. She formerly served as president and CEO of a global financial services organization, practiced law and worked in the financial services sector for many years, and served in senior policy staff positions for the US Congress and the US Department of Justice. She has served on many boards, including service as a seminary board chair.

Victor Aloyo serves as the 11^th president of Columbia Theological Seminary. Previously, he served as the associate dean of institutional diversity and community engagement at Princeton Theological Seminary and as organizing/lead pastor of Iglesia Presbiteriana Nuevas Fronteras in North Plainfield, New Jersey. Aloyo is an ordained Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and has served in both higher education and the parish for more than 34 years. He obtained an MDiv from Princeton Seminary and an EdD in executive higher education administration from the University of Pennsylvania.

Edwin David Aponte is dean and professor of religion and culture at Drew University Theological School. Previously, he served as executive director of the Louisville Institute, a granting agency funded by Lilly Endowment Inc. After serving on the faculty of Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University, Aponte served as academic dean at two institutions, Lancaster Theological Seminary and Christian Theological Seminary. He earned a PhD in religion from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Theology from Catholic Theological Union in May 2023. His publications include ¡Santo! Varieties of Latino/a Spirituality (Orbis Books, 2012).

Greg Henson serves as president of Kairos University. The university is distributed and includes communities with students, partner organizations, and faculty on six continents. Henson is an author of multiple works, including the forthcoming book, Theological Education: Principles and Practices of a Competency-Based Approach. His work on innovation, theological education, organizational transformation, and governance has been used by seminaries, universities, churches, and nonprofits around the world.

Amy Kardash serves as president of the In Trust Center for Theological Schools, a role she has held since 2017. She previously served as the director of programs for eight years. Kardash oversees In Trust Center's programs and initiatives in resourcing more than 240 seminaries, theological schools, and affiliate organizations. In 2012, she collaborated to create the expanded In Trust Center, launching Resource Consulting, enhanced learning community space, and new grant-funded initiatives. During her leadership, the In Trust Center has redeveloped In Trust magazine, created new programs and modes of connecting with leaders, and cultivated critical institutional partnerships in support of theological school leaders.

Stuart Macdonald serves as professor of church and society at Knox College. He was ordained as a minister in the Presbyterian Church in Canada in 1985 and served in congregational ministry before becoming a member of the faculty of Knox College in 1996. In addition to teaching church history in the area of congregational ministry, he has served in academic administration, most recently as vice principal and academic dean. His PhD explored witchcraft accusations in 17th century Scotland. Research on religious change in Canada was done collaboratively with Brian Clarke and published as Leaving Christianity: Changing Allegiances in Canada since 1945 (2017). Macdonald is currently completing a history of the Presbyterian Church in Canada during the period 1945–1985.

Chris A. Meinzer, senior director and COO for The Association of Theological Schools (ATS), is a CPA with more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Since joining the ATS staff in 1999, he has provided oversight of ATS financial and business affairs as well as the ATS institutional database—a repository of institutional, enrollment, personnel, financial, and development data provided by ATS members. Meinzer has done extensive analysis and research of this data and presented his findings in a variety of settings to administrators and boards of theological schools.

In addition, he has provided counsel to ATS member schools on issues of finances, organizational planning, and strategic thinking. Through discussions with theological schools and their leadership, Meinzer has encouraged reflection on intergenerational stewardship and its impact on both academics and economics within these schools. He has designed and implemented a revision of the ATS Strategic Information Report, a useful strategic tool that provides ATS member schools with peer and industry data on a variety of market fundamentals.

Meinzer holds an accounting degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Divinity degree from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.

Alvin Padilla serves Gordon-Conwell as professor of New Testament and dean of the Latino and Global Ministries program (LGM). He conceptualized LGM and launched it in 2010 after serving as executive dean and associate professor of New Testament of Gordon-Conwell's Boston campus, the Campus for Urban Ministerial Education. A graduate of Gordon-Conwell's MDiv program, Padilla went on to obtain a Master of Philosophy and a PhD from Drew University in New Testament and early Christian literature. He taught at Nyack College, Spanish Eastern School of Theology, and New York Theological Seminary, and he pastored Fort Washington Heights Presbyterian Church in New York City. He is an ordained minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA) and has also served as the interim pastor of churches in Newton and Lawrence, Massachusetts, and Windham and Rochester New Hampshire. In addition to his leadership, pastoral, and teaching roles, Padilla is a bilingual author and presenter with expertise in urban ministry, the Church and postmodernity, and multiculturalism.

Angela D. Sims is the 13th and first woman president of Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School (CRCDS). She came to CRCDS in 2019 from Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas and Oklahoma, where she served as the vice president of institutional advancement, as the Robert B. and Kathleen Rogers Professor in Church and Society, and as a professor of ethics and Black Church studies. She is the author and coauthor of several books and is the recipient of numerous grants and fellowships. Sims, a renowned Womanist scholar and a member of St. Paul's Baptist Church in Philadelphia, has been featured on Religion & Ethics Newsweekly and in articles in Dallas Morning News, in Baptist Standard and in New York Times. Prior to pursuing theological work, she served in the business field—skills that have proven essential in her administrative work.
