The Board of Commissioners has approved the following exceptions to residency: allowing the school to offer the MA in Leadership (February 2016) and MA in Ministry (February 2017) completely online; allowing courses offered at the partial-degree extension site in Memphis, TN, to count toward residency: MDiv (June 2015), MA in Marriage and Family Counseling, MA in Mental Health Counseling, and MA in Pastoral Counseling (May 2017); allowing courses offered at the partial-degree extension site in Tulsa, OK, to count toward residency: MDiv and other professional MA degrees (June 2018); and allowing officially designated travel courses to count towards the residency requirements of each degree program of which these courses are a part (February 2018).
