  • Project Description: The Collaborative Pathways project will move the successful Ministry Residency Program to sustainability by increasing the seminary's capacity to grow the program and integrate its collaborative pedagogical approach throughout the seminary's programming. The program places Master of Divinity students in yearlong congregational residencies with experienced mentors, integrating theological education with ministry practice. This collaborative approach recognizes the seminary, ministerial leaders, and congregations as essential partners in ministerial formation. By reducing financial barriers, the program helps students complete their education without debt and equips them to respond to calls to ministry.
