• Project Description: America Evangelical University (AEU) establishes a leadership formation ecosystem to support immigrant congregations. The project focuses on three core programs: the Lay Ministry Director Certification to equip lay staff for specialized roles; the Enhanced Field Education Program to embed practical internships into seminary training; and the Digital Ministry Certification to foster hybrid worship skills. This initiative serves seminarians, pastors, and lay leaders, ensuring theological education aligns with the needs of the Korean Evangelical Church of America and multicultural communities.
