  • Project Description: The Borders and Bridges grant at Austin Seminary creates new clergy cohorts in its Bridge to Ministry program designed to equip ministers well to bridge the transition from seminary to ministry. The grant also supports expanded spiritual formation cohorts for MDiv students at Austin Seminary, workshops in the areas of conflict resolution, financial management, and cultural competency, as well as lifelong learning certificates in the areas of spiritual formation, business administration for church leaders, and a lifelong learning course in cultural competency called "Borderlands."
