• Project Title: Virtual Curacy
• Project Description: The Virtual Curacy for a Visionary Church, developed by Berkeley Divinity School at Yale, is a two-year program addressing the curacy shortage for newly ordained Episcopal clergy. It combines residential retreats, online learning, and weekly mentoring to equip new clergy with essential skills and leadership capabilities. Objectives: (1) Cultivate Practical Ministry Skills: Provide hands-on experience in daily pastoral practices; (2) Enhance Church Management Competencies: Develop skills for efficient church operations; (3) Develop Visionary Leadership: Apply adaptive leadership for future challenges; and (4) Foster Spiritual Growth: Align ministry practices with theological reflection.
