These liminal spaces allow us to shape culture, establish systems, and build skills, while providing the opportunity to create economic efficiencies for the seminary. Our proposed projects include: Calling (Entry): Reimagined admissions with flexible options, including non-degree programs; Expanded orientation; and Systematized academic advising process. Sending (Exit): Broadened vocational advising; Enhanced practical learning opportunities (including Supervised Practice of Ministry and The Brite Spot); and Established post-graduation cohorts, paired with expert coaching and continuing education. These specific targeted interventions are built on careful research, deep listening to our community, and a theoretical framework that has coalesced in conversation with partners, students, faculty, and leadership.
