  • Project Description: Our Goals: (1) Innovating Financial Systems for Long-Term Sustainability Central will create a unified, mission-aligned financial ecosystem that supports the shared infrastructure of degree and non-degree offerings; (2) Integrating Communication, Marketing, and Development Functions Central will advance the current integration of development, branding, communications, marketing and recruitment and create a formal, strategic model; (3) Building a Unified and Responsive Technology Ecosystem Central will build a unified technology ecosystem intentionally designed to support integrated workflows across the multilingual academic, non-degree, administrative, and community engagement areas; and (4) Establishing a Center for Congregational Vitality Central will extend its mission by offering culturally rooted, non-degree learning pathways that serve the needs of diverse ministers and leaders, both lay and ordained, particularly in rural and Midwestern communities.
