  • Project Title: Pathways for Enhanced Ministerial Development
  • Project Description: The Pathways for Enhanced Ministerial Development centers on a Doctor of Ministry degree to serve the primary denominational affiliation, the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), increasing access to contextualized theological education and strengthening pastors for lifelong ministry. A biannual, peer-reviewed ministerial journal will capture and disseminate the learning of the doctoral students. This journal will encourage pastors serving in challenging contexts to persevere with humble faithfulness. Additionally, the Graduate School of Ministry will host several one-day Pastor Summits, where scholars will address the contemporary ministerial needs and knowledge gaps, serving as immediate starting points for pastors to respond effectively to the pressing ministry needs within their congregations and surrounding communities.
