• Project Title: Draw the Circle Wide: Contextual, Intercultural, and Holistic Theological Education
• Project Description: "Draw the Circle Wide: Contextual, Intercultural, and Holistic Theological Education" evokes Drew Theological School's unofficial anthem, calling us to expand community and ensure no one stands alone. This project aims to do just that—by equipping pastoral leaders through innovative, relational, and justice-centered education. In partnership with ecclesial collaborators, Drew will combine deep contextual education with relational support to equip pastors and lay ministers who thrive—and help congregations do the same. With our faculty, administrators, pastors, denominational leaders, alumni, current students, and other partners, we have identified three arenas to develop practices and provide ongoing resourcing to foster resiliency, versatility, and a sense of belonging for ministry leaders: (1) Intercultural Pastoral Leadership Formation; (2) Innovative Digital Teaching and Learning for Lifelong Education; and (3) Peer Mentorship and Pastoral Wellness Networks.
