• Project Title: Integrated Practicum Project
• Project Description: The preparation of robust pastoral leaders consists of two parts: academic theological training through the seminary and practical vocational ministerial training through the church. This project will be jointly designed by Heritage and our local church and denominational partners. At the heart of the program will be an integrated education model that takes the academic tools and knowledge imparted in the classroom and articulates the necessary practical outcomes and skills that must be demonstrated in the ministry environment of the church. Together with church leaders, we will identify anticipated outcomes and evaluate these in the church. This project also includes work to more effectively increase conferencing and rental revenue. Finally, the project includes the refinement of brand narrative and digital presence to support recruitment and donor relations.
