  • Project Description: As the Church adapts to shifting demographic trends and evolving parish structures, Holy Apostles College and Seminary recognizes a pressing need to strengthen its capacity to prepare leaders not only in theological understanding but also in practical, administrative competence. This project directly addresses that need by expanding the institution's academic offerings and building sustainable pathways for long-term pastoral effectiveness. Holy Apostles proposes a bold, integrative initiative to form Church leaders who are not only theologically grounded but also equipped for parish leadership, management, and operations. The centerpiece of this initiative is the launch of a Catholic MBA program designed from the ground up with fidelity to Catholic Social Teaching, principles of missionary discipleship, and organizational best practices.
