• Project Title: Ministry Forum Pastoral Leadership Initiative
• Project Description: This project seeks to address challenges faced by today's ministry leaders while creating sustainable systems of support. It responds to identified needs among pastoral leaders, including struggles with digital outreach, personal spiritual practices, and leadership development. It enhances the potential exponential growth of the nascent Centre for Lifelong Learning. The project employs four interconnected strategies: (1) Improving Congregational Virtual Front Porches: this strategy will partner with congregations to enhance their digital presence; (2) Prayer and Bible Study Accompaniment: the Centre and subject matter experts will come alongside congregations with resources and experiences; (3) Listening Partner Support Network: this strategy will see the recruitment of a network of trained mentors; and (4) Next Generation Ministry Leaders Communities of Practice will be ignited and supported: the project enhances the College's capacity to come alongside ministry leaders so that they can thrive.
