  • Project Description: Lincoln Seminary at Ozark Christian College is expanding its ability to serve pastors and congregational lay leaders by developing a comprehensive system for ongoing ministry formation. The initiative focuses on three primary areas of work: (1) establishing coaching cohorts that support early- and mid-career ministers through spiritual, personal, and leadership development; (2) creating accessible, non-credit ministry courses and seminars that equip leaders in theology, pastoral care, and ministry practice; and (3) integrating feedback from active ministers to strengthen curriculum and cocurricular programs. These efforts will enhance the institution's infrastructure and provide long-term, practical support to church leaders across the Restoration Movement.
