  • Project Description: The central purpose of this project is to strengthen our institutional capacity for forming resilient, contextually grounded pastoral leaders by implementing five mutually reinforcing initiatives: (1) A series of competency-based curriculum modules; (2) A structured mentorship network; (3) Innovative faith-formation programs; (4) A transformative shift in curricula; and (5) Financial innovations. These initiatives respond directly to the expressed needs of our church partners, align with the Pathways for Tomorrow Initiative's emphasis on enhancing educational and financial sustainability, and strategically position Logos Evangelical Seminary to prepare and support a new generation of pastoral leaders whose ministries will flourish across North America.
