• Project Title: Developing Next-Generation Spiritual Leaders for Immigrant Churches in the DC Metropolitan Area: A Formation-Based Model
• Project Description: The main goal of this project is to support second-generation immigrant church pastors through a spiritual formation approach based on Spiritual Intelligence (SQ). SQ is the natural human desire to pursue the transcendent—an instinct that crosses cultural boundaries and connects people across generations. This project seeks to help pastors maintain their ethnic heritage while addressing the spiritual needs of today's youth. By nurturing SQ, pastors will gain the wisdom and emotional intelligence necessary to bridge generational gaps and guide their communities toward the everlasting truths of the gospel.
