• Project Description: With the help of this grant, Roberts Wesleyan University seeks to strengthen the formative experiences and overall effectiveness of theological education at Northeastern Seminary to meet the evolving needs of current and future pastoral leaders. To achieve this, the Seminary will undertake a comprehensive reimagining of the online experience—one that builds on its strengths, responds to challenges reported by its students, and capitalizes on the advantages of modern digital tools. The Seminary will ground this full redesign of the online experience in two main initiatives: 1) a comprehensive streamlining of its platform and pedagogical practices, and 2) the integration of emerging technologies such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence to create dynamic, effective learning experiences.
