  • Project Description: Through Leading Theological Education Into a Hybrid Future, we seek to sustain and deepen our “hybrid-first” educational model. This capacity-building project will strengthen our pedagogical approaches, discernment about the use of physical spaces, and ultimately, our long-term sustainability. In addition, we will assess best practices in these critical areas, teaching our students and sharing learnings with other schools, individual congregations, and Christian leaders.
