• Project Title: The Kaleo Project: Helping Churches Identify and Prepare Pastoral Candidates to Meet Current Shortages
• Project Description: The Kaleo Project addresses a shortage of pastoral candidates in evangelical and Reformed churches by helping young adults discern their calling and equipping churches to identify future ministers. The Project will be carried out on two fronts: (1) Strategic recruitment of future pastors through enhanced connections with churches and new resources and opportunities for vocational exploration, and (2) a comprehensive fundraising campaign aimed at reducing barriers to seminary education through student scholarship and housing assistance.
