• Project Title: Pathways for Ministry Partnerships
• Project Description: Southern California Seminary has developed a comprehensive initiative to address needs identified through engagement with pastors and ministry leaders across California. This project aims to increase access to theological education, reduce financial barriers, and deepen practical ministry preparation and partnerships with local churches. Key strategies include the establishment of the Associated Regional Churches program, bringing education into church communities through local cohorts. The Level Up! Scholarship program lowers tuition through a shared funding model between SCS, churches, and students. Pastoral Development Groups provide mentorship for real-life ministry. Additional coordinated efforts include the development of targeted media productions, and enhanced student success coaching to ensure bi-vocational and adult learners thrive. Through these efforts, SCS seeks to expand its reach, increase enrollment, improve financial sustainability, and fulfill its mission.
