  • Project Description: The Canadian Centre for Catholic Pastoral Leadership (CCCPL) will significantly bolster the vocational and pastoral skills of current and future Church leaders by building a lifelong learning pathway—a pathway to renewed strength and courage, inspiring leaders to overcome their many challenges in the service of the common good. It will also strengthen the Faculty of Theology’s (FT) ability to sustain its mission over the long term as it prepares leaders, lay and religious, to serve the Catholic Church and the world in the care of all creation. Informed by the riches of the FT’s Catholic intellectual tradition that is rooted in its Jesuit and Basilian heritage, the CCCPL will help the FT realign its degree programs to better equip current and future clergy and lay leaders with the skills, formation, and support they need to thrive in today’s complex pastoral landscape.
