  • Project Description: The ESMTP will create training for pastoral leaders leading local congregations involved in local ecumenical ministries. There will be three educational streams: students preparing for formal ministry roles, continuing education, and judicatory leadership. Subjects will include leadership skills, change management, cross-traditional theology and liturgy, and practical components. The program will draw on theological insights from ecumenical dialogues, and bring together expertise from instructors in all partner institutions.
