  • Project Description: The Arch of Ministry Center will be a collaborative, endowed hub that nurtures pastoral and lay leaders across the full arc of ministry, from early vocational discernment in high school through to late career. The Center's mission will be to cultivate pastoral innovation across the lifespan of church leaders, aiming to: (1) cultivate pastoral leaders prepared for the rapidly changing needs of the church; (2) foster the vocational imagination of young people through experiential cohort programs housed at the Seminary and its partner institutions; and (3) establish a sustainable, endowment-supported Center that fosters collaboration across institutions and supports ministry across a lifetime. The Center's activities will include a summer Faithful Innovators cohort for college and high school students, sub-grants for partner institutions to develop pre-ministerial programming, faculty development, and research on the skills most needed in today's church.
