  • Project Description: Tending is BSK's comprehensive, congregation‑centered ecosystem for lifelong theological learning and leadership development. It strengthens churches through four major, interconnected initiatives: an online platform delivering courses, certificates, curated resources, and other tools for congregational support; a network of trained guides who accompany congregations and judicatory partners through assessments, workshops, cohorts, resource navigation, and ongoing programmatic insight; a strategic communications and fundraising effort that amplifies our story through media, research publications, podcasts, partner events, and integrated marketing/outreach; and cross‑institutional work with partners to align lifelong learning with academic innovation, resource sharing, faculty development, and transformative initiatives.  Together, these initiatives create a scalable, partner‑driven model that equips congregations and leaders for long‑term, context‑sensitive ministry formation.
