  • Project Description: The project involves a close collaboration between seven different organizations: Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary, Fresno Pacific University's Bridge to Ministry Program, the Center for Community Transformation, Vineyard USA, the U.S. Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches, Lead From Transformation, and Messiah University. The project aims to create accessible pathways to ministry through: a new online pastoral ministry degree program, led by leaders from various ministries; expanded informal pastoral training in both English and Spanish; personal coaching and administrative support for under-resourced students; a shared bi-lingual theological educator serving multiple organizations; and an endowment to significantly reduce the cost of seminary education.
