It represents a paradigm shift from traditional seminary-centric models to a dynamic, AI-powered, human-driven ecosystem that personalizes ministerial training throughout a pastor's career. "Many nations will come and say, 'Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the temple of the God of Jacob. He will teach us his ways, so that we may walk in his paths.'" (Micah 4:2) Inspired by the vision of Micah 4:2, the VIA Journeys initiative supports leaders' faithful and obedient walk in His paths by uniting a strategic network of partners into a holistic, adaptive, and scalable theological education ecosystem that ensures pastors and lay leaders receive personalized education and contextualized ministerial support aligned with their unique ministerial seasons and leadership needs for every stage of their vocational journey.
