• Project Title: Novare
• Project Description: The Novare Project emerges from a decade of collaboration among seminaries, Bible colleges, Christian universities, denominations, and networks that has led to significant organizational transformation. Through the Novare Center for Organizational Formation, the project brings together more than 60 collaborators across the United States and Canada. As a collaborative ecosystem, Novare focuses on four aims. First, it strengthens the reach and depth of pastoral formation by helping collaborators implement accessible and contextually grounded pathways for developing pastoral leaders. Second, it fosters collaboration among theological schools, churches, denominations, ministry networks, and resource providers. Third, it helps organizations cultivate their capacity for adaptive change. Fourth, it catalyzes the development of new approaches to theological education. Together, these efforts support a community working to strengthen and shape the long-term future of theological education.
