  • Project Description: The Mary, Mother of the Good Shepherd Institute has four principal components: (1) Formation of Current and Future Clergy by increasing opportunities for intellectual formation and reducing costs through shared faculty among Saint Mary Seminary (Cleveland, OH) and Saint Vincent Seminary (Latrobe, PA); (2) Nurturing Lay Leadership through a three-year pastoral leadership curriculum for lay ministers offered at various regional locations to improve accessibility; and (3) Inspiring Young Leaders through summer pastoral experiences for college-age and high school students, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, enhancing ministry leadership pathways for underrepresented communities.
