ATS Chief Financial Officers Webinar Series Part Two

  • Price: FREE

Overview
By registration; The webinar theme is, "Nourishing the Ecosystem: Strategic Communication Beyond the Silo."

This interactive webinar is the second in a four-part series geared toward ATS member school chief financial officers.

The CFO role often involves clarifying the financial status and strategic direction of the institution to a broader community. Whether engaging with the president about expenses and strategic vision or helping faculty understand spending details and future plans, effective strategic communication is essential. In our rapidly changing world, it is increasingly important to communicate across silos to support the health and growth of our community ecosystems.

In this webinar, we will explore strategies and tools for communicating with various constituencies to convey clear and critical information. You will hear from colleagues about their approaches to conversations with the president, the board, faculty, and others, and you’ll have the opportunity to share your own experiences. Through learning, sharing, and networking, we aim to equip you with tools to enhance your communication with partners within your institution and beyond.
