Learning, Collaboration, and Community for Every Pathways Team

By invitation only (more details to come); The Pathways for Tomorrow Coordination Program Gathering is the one time each year when every Pathways team comes together to strengthen our shared work and deepen the collective impact of the Pathways Initiative.

• Preconference on September 22 (for ISG and LSCG/Phase 3 grantees)
• Main Gathering on September 23–24 (for all grantees)

When you save this date, you are giving yourself the opportunity to:

• Learn together: Gather with peers across the Pathways Initiative to explore research insights, share learning across project stages, and access practical tools to support innovation, collaboration, and adaptive leadership.
• Connect with a growing community: The Gathering fosters relationships across institutions, helping grantee teams see themselves as part of a wider movement strengthening theological education to prepare pastoral and lay leaders for congregations now and into the future.
• Build momentum for what comes next: Whether your school is just launching its project or preparing for long‑term integration, this Gathering will help clarify vision, accelerate progress, and inspire hopeful imagination for the work ahead.

Attendance Details

• Project directors will receive registration details to coordinate team participation.
• Each school will be invited to send teams of up to four people for each major Pathways grant (Phase 2, Phase 3, ISG, and LSCG).
• All conference and travel costs within ATS guidelines will be covered by the ATS Pathways Coordination grant.
