By registration; This December, join fellow presidents, rectors, and CEOs from ATS member schools at one or both of these back-to-back events designed to promote executive learning and address the specific needs of institutional leaders in theological education. This year’s gathering will focus on Transformative Innovation for Faithful Stewardship, exploring the challenges of leading institutions through change and transformation as we strive to keep pace with evolving needs and contexts while still maintaining focus on the calling and mission that root us in our work and community.

• Seminar for New Executive Officers: December 8–9, 2025
  Come connect with other newly appointed colleagues as we explore the range of responsibilities foundational to executive leadership in a theological school, learn from the insights of experienced leaders, and reflect together on shared hopes and challenges.

• Executive Leadership Colloquium: December 9–11, 2025
  Deepen connections with your colleagues and find encouragement in your work as you share ideas and resources, delve into topics of common concern, and invest in skills for effective service in your institution and community.
